Whether you are new to exercise or a hard core elite athlete, our group fitness program has something for everyone. Offering approximately 40 classes per week, our extensive variety of class formats and times can suit anyone’s fitness needs and schedule. Champions highly experienced and educated instructors are constantly tweaking their skill set and learning about the newest and most exciting trends in group fitness to give you a top notch experience in our classes. The goal of our instructors is to give you a safe and effective workout while enjoying the social environment a group fitness class provides. We strive for every member to leave class with a great workout and a smile on their face looking forward to the next class.
